Travis Bryenton is a commercial real estate advisor with KW Commercial – Buckhead, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in the retail industry and a strong background in multifamily investing and underwriting. He specializes in retail tenant representation, investment property sales, and small business brokerage nationwide.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Travis built his career in the active sports and outdoor apparel industry, working as a sales rep and territory manager. His time in retail gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges business owners face—everything from managing inventory and margins to building lasting customer relationships. Today, he brings that same insight and strategic mindset to guiding clients through real estate transactions and small business sales. He is a member of the KW Commercial Business Brokerage Division.
Outside of work, Travis is a proud father to two wonderful kids and husband to his beautiful wife. He enjoys traveling with his family, fly fishing whenever he can, and watching (or playing) a good game of soccer.
