Greg DeFoor, CPA

Greg DeFoor is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Business Broker. A native of Birmingham, AL, Greg received his accounting degree from Auburn University. He began his career in public accounting before transitioning into eighteen years in private industry. Prior to starting his own firm, Greg spent fourteen years as an accounting and financial executive in the automotive dealership industry preceded by four years in healthcare financial management. Greg has been in the Atlanta area since 1995 and began DeFoor Business Services in January of 2002. Greg is a member of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers, International Business Brokers Association and Georgia Society of CPAS . He served as an officer and director on the board of GABB for ten years and was GABB President in 2015 and 2016. DeFoor Business Services provides business brokerage and intermediary services in a number of industrial classifications.
