Our morning session will be Protecting Your Client's Interests: Why Seller Representations and Warranties Matter in Purchase Agreements. The afternoon session will be Protecting Yourself and Your Clients: The Critical Role of Preliminary Due Diligence in Business Brokerage. Each course is worth 3 GREC and GABB credits!
